At Aesthetically You by Hayley we value your time and ours, We understand life happens and will always do our best to accommodate you. To ensure we can provide the best service please take note of our cancellation policy.
Cancelation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.
No Shows
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a fee of 100% of the service charge and may impact of future bookings.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late your appointment may be shortened to avoid impact on the next client. Full srvice fees still apply.
Deposits
Most appointments will require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or no shows.
